Мобильное приложение ISM «Продаю деньги, или шопинг наоборот»

В акте купли-продажи товара или услуги совершается обмен товара или услуги на деньги по некоторой цене. Цена предлагается продавцом товара (услуги) и принимается покупателем.

Покупатель товара-услуги одновременно является продавцом денег, а продавец товара-услуги одновременно является покупателем денег. То есть участники сделки в некотором смысле симметричны, имеют обе ипостаси – покупателя и продавца, – но фактически эта пара не симметрична, в ней ведущий – продавец товара-услуги, он назначает цену, покупатель – ведомый, принимает (или – не принимает) цену. По теории, цена определяется сложной игрой спроса и предложения, конкуренцией и другими факторами. Здесь «предложение» – это товар-услуга-цена, а ответные деньги – это «спрос» на товар-услугу-цену. Фактически роль продавца товара-услуги-цены в формировании цены «сильнее», чем продавца денег, именно продавцы товара-услуги нередко поднимают цены вопреки воле многих-многих продавцов денег. Ведь «большинство», «народ» – это как раз продавцы денег. А политику цен инициирует меньшинство — торговцы товаров-услуг-цен.

К тому же, именно множество покупателей товаров и услуг ищет требуемое на просторах рынков, затрачивая на это много времени, энергии. Продавцы же и производители товаров-услуг часто препятствуют поиску товаров-услуг покупателями посредством воинствующей рекламы, пронизывающей всю систему «шопинга», а заодно и всё информационное пространство общества, и ориентирующей обычно на ложные цели.

Поэтому следует обратить процедуру: пусть ведущими (инициаторами) купли-продажи выступают продавцы денег, тогда они эффективнее смогут влиять на политику цен в сторону их снижения. И — не они будут искать товар-услугу, а продавцы товаров-услуг будут предлагать требуемое продавцам денег.

Пусть продавец денег выставляет некоторый лот денег и заявляет некоторый товар (партию) (услугу), которые его интересуют в этом раунде, за этот лот денег. Продавцы товаров-услуг получают информацию о  выставленных лотах денег и отвечают на какие-то лоты согласием (или интересом), они могут при этом сохранить заданную или предложить свою цену,  – мЕньшую (конкуренция спроса). Инициатор (продавец денег) принимает какой-то из спросов (товар+цена), и заключается сделка. Либо выставленный лот денег остается без спроса, тогда продавец денег либо увеличивает лот денег (цену), либо снимает заявку.

В этой схеме выставленный лот денег (цена!) есть «предложение», а ответные товары-услуги – «спрос» на деньги. Если «спрос» превысит «предложение», — что как раз обычно имеет место (товаров больше, чем денег), — при прочих равных, цена снизится...

Продавец денег может указывать районы, откуда он ждет-приемлет товар (услугу), условия доставки и др.

Потребитель товаров-услуг становится инициатором, ведущим, именно он формально назначает цену, продавцы товаров-услуг становятся зависимыми, ведомыми (= инициатами, новое слово!). Происходит рокировка ролей. В результате цены  могут снизиться, = снизиться расходы потребителей товаров-услуг...

Кроме того, потребитель товаров-услуг освобождается от необходимости искать, искомое предлагается ему автоматически продавцами товаров-услуг.

Известна похожая форма купли-продажи, когда покупатель товара-услуги объявляет: – Куплю! – И называет требуемый товар-услугу (возможно, — и цену). В ответ он получает от продавца предложение товара-услуги-цены. Цену по-прежнему назначает продавец товара-услуги, изменилась лишь последовательность выхода фигурантов на рынок. Эта форма развита мало, не она определяет баланс цен.

Итак, – способ:

«Продаю деньги», "I sell money" (ISM).

Для общности, обозначим «прямую» процедуру торговли «Продаю товар-услугу»: «I sell goods, services»(ISGS)

Для реализации и продвижения способа ISM следует создать соответствующее программное приложение для мобильных устройств. Известны приложения для процедуры ISGS: продажи товаров-услуг через интернет, с доставкой или самовывозом, например Яндекс.маркет, eBay, Amazon Shopping и мн. др. Эти приложения демонстрируют каталоги товаров (услуг), цены и условия. Покупатели сканируют каталоги, выбирают товар (услугу) — цену и заключают сделку (покупку). 

Приложение ISM функционирует следующим образом.

В своем аккаунте пользователь-продавец денег формирует ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЕ: выставляет лот денег и декларирует  товар или услугу, за какие он предлагает означенный лот денег в данном раунде. В общем случае товары-услуги именуются в ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИИ в терминах (признаках) вид-тип-род-качество-размер-бренд, например, «обувь зимняя мужская коричневого цвета 44-го размера фирмы rieker». В общем случае декларируются дополнительные параметры сделки: регионы, объем партии (или розница), предельные сроки, цвет, модель, размеры одежды-обуви в нескольких шкалах, изображения и пр. В помощь продавцу денег служит справочник текущего спроса на товары (услуги) в регионах.   Справочник – динамичный, им учитывается каждая проведенная сделка и вычисляется средневзвешенный спрос (цена).

Продавец товаров-услуг начинает свою деятельность в приложении ISM с просмотра имеющихся складов (справочников) товаров-услуг в регионах, где он ведет дела. Если в складе есть такие, как его, он просто ставит на эти товары свою личную метку; если его товаров в складах  нет, он их туда заносит со своей меткой.

ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЕ продавца денег, будучи инсталлированным, распространяется по складам товаров или биржам услуг декларированных регионов. Распространяясь, ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЕ избирает товары (услуги), которые отвечают признакам, поименованным в нем, и «звучит» в этих товарах (услугах). «Звучание» ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЯ означает формирование сообщений-уведомлений продавцам товаров (услуг), чьи метки имеются на избранном товаре (услуге), а также – инициатору, продавцу денег. Последнему, – как информация об объеме спроса.

Продавцы товаров (услуг), получившие уведомления, отвечают продавцу денег, – если лот денег приемлем, – и шлют дополнительные характеристики товара, условия доставки, гарантии и др., а также, возможно, предложение мЕньшей цены (конкуренция спроса).

Либо, – продавцу денег не поступает ни одного ответа от продавцов товаров (услуг). В этом случае, если спрос (товар, услуга) есть, продавцу денег следует либо ждать, либо увеличивать лот денег; если спроса (т.е.товара, услуги) нет вообще, следует искать другой товар (услугу); в последних двух случаях формируется новое ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЕ.

Получив, в общем случае, множество сообщений-СПРОСов от продавцов товара (услуги), продавец денег выбирает из них некоторое и принимает положительное РЕШЕНИЕ. (Отрицательные решения могут возникать вследствие различных факторов: слишком долгая, дорогая доставка, непривлекательная упаковка, короткая гарантия и др.). В положительном случае оформляется СДЕЛКА: формируется декларация о сделке, которая служит достаточным основанием для сторон доставить товар (или реализовать услугу) и перевести деньги.

Любые ритейлеры, дилеры, дистрибьютеры, а равно и салоны услуг, сервисные центры, мастерские могут применять приложение ISM в качестве продавцов товаров-услуг.

Они же могут выступать в приложении ISM продавцами денег для закупки партий товаров, оборудования, комплектующих, расходных материалов, запчастей... Дилеры, дистрибьютеры выступают в обеих ролях: сначала в роли продавца денег, затем в роли продавца товара (услуги). 

Популярность ISM во много определится удобством-простотой (юзабилити) архитектуры и способа пользования приложения ISM.

Широкое использование приложения ISM, достижение им большой доли в общем обороте рынка поведет к снижению цен. 

Кроме того, важный эффект применения ISM лежит в предоставлении человеку бОльшей свободы возможностей, и комфорта. Человек избавляется от необходимости поиска, «shopping'a», он получает в свое распоряжение инструмент, позволяющий автоматически заказывать и покупать по всему миру произвольные товары и услуги. Вместо него работают продавцы товаров (услуг).

Есть еще одна очень привлекательная перспектива, принципиально. С широким использованием приложения ISM может кануть в Лету исчадие ада – реклама, коверкающая-извращающая жизнь и культуру людей и общества. (См. здесь «Укрощение рекламы»).

Вероятно, мир движется к тотальной автоматизации торговых-банкоаских-финансовых операций, приложение ISM может стать элементом этой всеобщей системы.

In the act of purchase and sale of goods or services, an exchange of goods or services for money is made at a certain price. The price is offered by the seller of the product (service) and accepted by the buyer.
The buyer of the goods and services is simultaneously a seller of money, and the seller of the goods and services is simultaneously a buyer of money. That is, the participants in the transaction are in a sense symmetrical, have both hypostases – the buyer and the seller – but in fact this pair is not symmetrical, in it the leader is the seller of the goods and services, he sets the price, the buyer is the slave, accepts (or does not accept) the price. According to theory, the price is determined by a complex game of supply and demand, competition and other factors. Here, the «offer» is the product–service-price, and the return money is the «demand» for the product-service-price. In fact, the role of the seller of goods-services-prices in the formation of prices is «stronger» than the seller of money, it is the sellers of goods-services that often raise prices against the will of many, many sellers of money.
After all, «the majority», «the people» are just sellers of money. And the price policy is initiated by a minority — traders of goods-services-prices. In addition, it is a lot of buyers of goods and services who are looking for what they need in the vast markets, spending a lot of time and energy on it. Sellers and producers of goods and services often hinder the search for goods and services by buyers through militant advertising that permeates the entire system of «shopping», and at the same time the entire information space of society, which usually focuses on false goals.
Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the procedure: let the money sellers act as the leading (initiators) of the purchase and sale, then they will be able to influence the price policy in the direction of their reduction more effectively. And — they will not be looking for a product-service, but sellers of goods-services will offer the required money to sellers.
Let the money seller put up a certain lot of money and declare some goods (lot) (service) that he is interested in in this round, for this lot of money. Sellers of goods and services receive information about the lots of money put up and respond to some lots with consent (or interest), they can at the same time keep the set price or offer their own, — less (competition of demand). The initiator (money seller) accepts some of the demands (product + price), and a deal is concluded. Either the exposed lot of money remains without demand, then the seller of money either increases the lot of money (price), or withdraws the application.
In this scheme, the exposed lot of money (price!) there is a «supply», and the reciprocal goods and services are a «demand» for money. If «demand» exceeds «supply» — which is usually the case (there are more goods than money) — all other things being equal, the price will decrease...
The seller of money can specify the areas from where he is waiting-accepts the goods (service), delivery conditions, etc.
The consumer of goods and services becomes the initiator, the leader, it is he who formally sets the price, sellers of goods and services become dependent, driven (= initiates, a new word!). There is a castling of roles. As a result, prices may decrease, = the costs of consumers of goods and services will decrease...
In addition, the consumer of goods and services is freed from the need to search, the desired is offered to him automatically by sellers of goods and services.
A similar form of purchase and sale is known, when the buyer of a product or service announces: — I will buy! – And calls the required product-service (possibly — and price). In response, he receives a product-service-price offer from the seller. The price is still set by the seller of the goods and services, only the sequence of the persons involved entering the market has changed. This form is little developed, it does not determine the balance of prices.

So, – the method:

«I sell money» (ISM)

For generality, let's denote the «direct» trading procedure «I sell goods, services» (ISGS)

To implement and promote the ISM method, an appropriate software application for mobile devices should be created. Applications for the ISGS procedure are known: sales of goods and services via the Internet, with delivery or pickup, for example, Yandex.market, eBay, Amazon Shopping, and many others. etc. These applications show catalogs of goods (services), prices and conditions. Buyers scan catalogs, choose a product (service) — price and make a deal (purchase).

The ISM application functions as follows.

In his account, the user-seller of money forms an OFFER: puts up a lot of money and declares a product or service for which he offers the indicated lot of money in this round. In the general case, goods-services are referred to in the OFFER in terms (attributes) type-type-genus-quality-size-brand, for example, «men's brown winter shoes size 44 by rieker». In the general case, additional parameters of the transaction are declared: regions, lot size (or retail), deadlines, color, model, clothing-shoe sizes in several scales, images, etc. To help the seller of money, there is a directory of current demand for goods (services) in regions. The directory is dynamic, it takes into account each transaction and calculates the weighted average demand (price).

The seller of goods-services begins his activity in the ISM application by viewing the available warehouses (directories) of goods-services in the regions where he does business. If there are others like him in the warehouse, he simply puts his personal mark on these goods; if his goods are not in warehouses, he brings them there with his mark.

The OFFER of the seller of money, being installed, is distributed to the warehouses of goods or exchanges of services of the declared regions. While spreading, the OFFER selects goods (services) that correspond to the features named in it, and «sounds» in these goods (services). «Sounding» of the OFFER means the formation of notification messages to the sellers of goods (services), whose marks are on the selected product (service), as well as to the initiator, the seller of money. The latter — as information about the volume of demand.

The sellers of goods (services) who have received notifications respond to the seller of money if the lot of money is acceptable, and send additional characteristics of the goods, delivery conditions, guarantees, etc., as well as, possibly, offering a lower price (competition of demand).

Or, — the seller of money does not receive a single response from the sellers of goods (services). In this case, if there is demand (goods, services), the seller of money should either wait or increase the lot of money; if there is no demand (i.e. product, service) at all, you should look for another product (service); in the last two cases, a new OFFER is formed.

Having received, in the general case, a lot of DEMAND messages from the sellers of goods (services), the seller of money chooses some of them and makes a positive DECISION. (Negative decisions can arise due to various factors: too long, expensive delivery, unattractive packaging, short warranty, etc.). In a positive case, a DEAL is issued: a declaration of a transaction is formed, which serves as a sufficient basis for the parties to deliver the goods (or implement the service) and transfer money.

Any retailers, dealers, distributors, as well as service shops, service centers, workshops can use the ISM application as sellers of goods and services.

They can also act as sellers of money in the ISM application for the purchase of consignments of goods, equipment, components, consumables, spare parts ... Dealers, distributors act in both roles: first as a seller of money, then as a seller of goods (services).

The popularity of ISM will largely be determined by the convenience-simplicity (usability) of the architecture and the way an ISM application is used.

The widespread use of the ISM application, its achievement of a large share in the total market turnover will lead to lower prices.

In addition, an important effect of the application of ISM lies in providing a person with greater freedom of opportunity and comfort. A person gets rid of the need to search, «shopping», he gets at his disposal a tool that allows you to automatically order and buy arbitrary goods and services around the world. Instead, sellers of goods (services) work.

There is another very attractive prospect, in principle. With the widespread use of the ISM application, the fiend of hell — advertising that distorts and distorts the life and culture of people and society, can sink into oblivion. (See «Taming Ads» here).

Probably, the world is moving towards total automation of trading-banking-financial operations, the ISM application can become an element of this universal system.
